Tris Pharma was in need of an entire interior and exterior rehab of their existing facility. IMI, LLC provided their facility managers a schedule to complete the work in 8 days. We ran 2 shifts utilizing 14 men per shift to complete the work on time. We coordinated our efforts with Tris’s staff to allow other trades to complete their work.
