IMI was selected to provide wall-covering painting, wood staining and finishing. and fabric wrapped panels for the Engineering co. new 86,000/sf New Jersey headquarters located at 111 Wood Ave. South, in MetroPark. The project was a under a significant time restraint as the tenant had a hard move in date. In order to complete the 4 floor fit out IMI worked multiple shifts and coordinated daily with Gale Construction to meet the accelerated schedule.
