IMI, LLC was awarded a 212 unit luxury home complex at the waterfront in Hoboken, NJ. This 12 story new luxury development required IMI, LLC to turn over (1) floor per week including installation of common area wall covering. To correct the factory finish on the doors and frames, a complete mechanical removal of the finish was required. We then restored them to a new condition with a spray finish.
